Selection Process
PET (Physical Efficiency Test)
- The candidates who qualify the written test are able to participate in the PET (Physical Efficiency Test).
- The running distance for the male candidate will be 5 kilometers in 24 minutes.
- For the female candidate, the running distance will be 1.6 km in 8 minutes.
The candidate who belongs to Ladakh
- The running distance for the male candidate will be 1.6 kilometers in 6.5 minutes.
- For the female candidate, the running distance will be 800 meters in 4 minutes.
PST (Physical Standard Test)
In the Physical Standard Test (PST), the candidates are measured for their Height, Weight, and Chest Size.
Height:
- The minimum height for the male candidate is 170cm.
- The minimum height for the female candidate is 157cm.
Chest:
- The minimum chest size required for a male candiadate is 80 cm, and the minimum expanded size is 5cm.
- Female candidates chest size is not applicable.
Weight:
- There is no weight fix for both male and female candidates.
- Their weight will be measured by their Age and height as per the medical standard.
Document Verification
The short-listed candidates will qualify for document Verification. It consists of all the educational certificates and mark sheets, as well as their ID proof.
