Educational Qualification:
- Customer Service Executive: Graduate from a recognized university with spoken and written English.
- Junior Customer Service Executive: Matric with a 12th (10+2) pass from a recognized board with spoken and written English.
Age Limit:
- Maximum of 28 years for general.
- Age relaxation: for OBC, it is 03 years, and for SC and ST, it is 05 years.
