Vidhan Parishad Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification:
Reporter:
- A bachelor’s degree from a university that the state or federal government has approved.
- Hindi stenography at 150 words per minute.
- 35 WPM for both Hindi and English typing.
- Computer Proficiency Test, a topic equivalent to “O” Level in terms of syllabus and duration of the courses, or a certificate in computer studies recognised by AICTE or the Department of Computer Courses Electronic Accreditation (DOEACC/NIELIT).
Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree from a Central/State-recognized University
- Hindi and English typing at a speed of 30 words per minute.
Assistant Caretaker:
- Bachelor’s degree from a Central/State-recognized University
Data Entry Operator (DEO):
- The state government any institute or intermediate council recognized by them.
- 8000 key presses per hour for a computer.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
- The state government or the federal government may grant an intermediate qualification to any institute or intermediate council recognized by them.
- Hindi and English typing at a speed of 30 words per minute.
Security Guard:
- Intermediate in any topic approved by the State/Central Government’s Intermediate Council or Board.
Driver:

- The Candidates who have competed in reputable university competitions will also receive preference.
- Male competitor in the 1.6 km event completed the race in under six minutes, and likewise,
- Female competitor in the 1 km event finished in less than 6 minutes.
