Educational Qualification:
- Stenographer: Candidates must have a graduate degree with three years of work experience.
- Translator: Graduate in English with a minimum of 50% marks and have studied Hindi as a subject at the graduation level.
- Assistant Programmer: Candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech. degree or a B.Sc., B.A., or B.Com. in the first division with computer knowledge.
- Translator Urdu: Graduate in English with a minimum of 50% marks and Hindi as a subject at the graduation level and have studied Urdu in 10th class.
- Translator Punjabi: Graduate in English with a minimum of 50% marks and Hindi as a subject at the graduation level and have studied Punjabi in 10th class.
- Clerks and Proof Readers: Candidates must have a graduate degree, and candidates have to qualify for the typing test at a speed of 30 WPM.
- Driver: Must have completed matriculation and have a valid driving licence with experience of at least 3 years.
