Educational Qualification:
Engineer in various department:
- 4-year full-time regular engineering course in relevant engineering
Senior Officer in various department:
- full-time MBA or PGDM with a specialization in sales or marketing.
- 4-year full-time regular engineering course in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, chemical, or civil engineering.
Fire & Safety Officer:
- Full-time regular BE/B. Tech. in Fire & Safety Engineering
Quality Control (QC) Officers:
- 2 years of full-time regular M.Sc. In Chemistry (Analytical, Physical, Organic, or Inorganic)
Chartered Accountants:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), along with completion of the mandatory articleship and membership in ICAI.
Law Officers:
- 3 years of full-time study in law after graduation or 5 years of study in law after 12th standard
Medical Officer:
- Full-time MBBS course (as per the IMC Act of 1956) from a recognized government medical college
- Registration at the State Medical Council (SMC) or the Medical Council of India (MCI)
General Manager:
- Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy, Associate, or Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) along with graduation in any discipline
Welfare Officer (Mumbai Refinery):
- Degree in social science from a recognized board or university.
- Graduation in any discipline and a diploma in social science recognized by the state government of Maharashtra
