Age Limit

  • Applicants must have a date of birth between December 26th, 2002 and June 26th, 2006 (inclusive of both dates).
  • If a candidate successfully completes all stages of the selection procedure, then they must be 21 years of age or younger at the time of enrollment.

Qualification

  • Applicants must have completed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and English, as well as a diploma in engineering (in fields such as mechanical, electrical, electronics, automobile, computer science, instrumentation technology, or information technology).

Physical Standards

Height (For Male):



  • Minimum acceptable height is 152.5 cms

Height (For Female):

  • Minimum acceptable height is 152 cms, for Candidates belonging to North East or Hilly Regions of Uttarakhand, a lower Min Height is 147 cms, in case of Candidates from Lakshadweep, the min height will be 150 cms

Weight:

  • Weight should be proportionate to height and age as applicable for IAF.

Chest (Both Male & Female):



  • Minimum expansion of 05 cms.

Hearing:

  • Should have normal hearing i.e. The candidate should have the ability to hear a forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately.

Dental:

  • To be eligible, it is necessary to possess healthy gums, a good set of teeth, and a minimum of 14 dental points.

Visual Standards

  • The required visual acuity is 6/12 in each eye, with the ability to be corrected to 6/6 in each eye.
  • The maximum allowable limits for refractive error are as follows: Hypermetropia: up to +2.0D, Myopia: up to 1D, including ± 0.50 D of Astigmatism.
  • Colour Vision: CP-II
