The Intelligence Bureau (IB) Security Assistant (SA) Executive and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Admit Card 2023 contains important information. IB SA and MTS Admit Card 2023 – Important Dates
- The application process for the IB SA and MTS Recruitment 2023 started on January 28, 2023, and the candidates were able to apply until February 17, 2023.
- The last date to pay the application fees was February 21, 2023.
- The admit card for the IB SA and MTS Exam will be available for download from March 20, 2023.
- The IB SA/MTS Exam will be conducted on March 23-24, 2023.
IB SA and MTS Admit Card 2023 – Vacancy With Qualification Details
The IB SA and MTS Recruitment 2023 aims to fill a total of 1525 vacancies for the post of Security Assistant (SA) and 150 vacancies for the post of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS).
- The distribution of vacancies for the SA post : 739 vacancies for unreserved category candidates, 276 for OBC, 242 for SC, 117 for ST, and 151 for EWS candidates.
- For the MTS post, there are 68 vacancies for unreserved category candidates, 35 for OBC, 16 for SC, 16 for ST, and 15 for EWS candidates.
- Both posts require a minimum educational qualification of passing 10th standard.
IB SA and MTS Admit Card 2023 – Selection Process
- The first stage: It is the Tier-I Written Exam, which is objective in nature. Candidates who qualify in the Tier-I exam will be eligible to appear for the Tier-II Written Exam.
- Tier-II Written Exam : Which is descriptive in nature. For the SA post, candidates who qualify in the Tier-II exam will also have to take a Local Language Test. The next stage is the Interview.
- Interview : Which will be conducted for candidates who have cleared the previous stages. The Interview stage will be followed by Document Verification, where the candidate’s credentials will be verified.
Finally, candidates who clear all the stages will have to undergo a Medical Examination before being considered for selection.

- Go to the official website of Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) at mha.gov.in.
- Visit to “IB Security Assistant (SA) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) Recruitment 2023” link on the home page.
- click on the “Download Admit Card” link.
- Fill your login details such as Registration number and password.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- Your IB SA/MTS Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.
- Check all the details carefully mentioned in the Admit Card such as name, photograph, examination date, time, venue, etc.
- Download and take a printout of the Admit Card for future reference.
