ICF Recruitment 2023 : Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification :
For Ex-ITI :
Fitter, Electrician, and Machinist aspirants must have 50% in Standard X with Science and Math under the 10+2 system or its equivalent. They must have a one-year NCVT or SCVT National Trade Certificate in their trade.
Carpenter, painter, and welder ex-ITI candidates must have at least 50% in Standard X under the 10+2 system or an equivalent.
Programming and System Admin. Assistant (PASAA) candidates must have at least 50% in Standard X and a one-year NCVT or SCVT National Trade Certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant.
ITI graduates must train in all trades for a year.
For Freshers :
Fitters, electricians, and machinists must have passed Standard X with at least 50% in Science and Math under the 10+2 system or its equivalent. These trades take 2 years to learn.
Carpenters and painters must have passed Standard X with at least 50% under the 10+2 system or its equivalent. These trades require two years of training.
Welder candidates must have passed Standard X with at least 50% under the 10+2 system. This trade takes 1 year and 3 months to learn.
MLT (Radiology & Pathology) candidates must pass the 10+2 Standard XII exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. This trade takes 1 year and 3 months to learn.
Age Limit :
As of 26th July 2022, the minimum age requirement is 15 and the maximum age limit is 24. Candidates from Other Backward Classes get a 3-year age break, those from the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes get a 5-year break, and those from the PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disabilities) get a 10-year break.
ICF Recruitment 2023 : Stipend
- Freshmen who have completed the 10th grade will receive a 6,000 monthly honorarium.
- Freshmen who have completed the 12th grade will receive a 7,000 monthly honorarium.
- Ex-ITI candidates with a National or State certification will receive a 7,000 monthly stipend.
ICF Recruitment 2023 : Application Fee
Applicants who do not belong to the SC/ST/PwBD/Women categories are required to pay a Rs. 100/- online processing fee.
The payment gateway system will send a unique Transaction ID beginning with ‘DU’ to the registered mobile number upon successful payment.

ICF Recruitment 2023 : Apply Process
- To apply, candidates should go to the ICF website (https://pb.icf.gov.in).
- Candidates should review the notification and have all necessary documents/certificates on hand before completing the online application form.
- Candidates should be willing to provide a current passport-sized photo of themselves in jpg/jpeg format (not to exceed 200 KB).
- A registration number, unique to each applicant, will be generated by the system. The candidate’s date of birth serves as the password to trigger the confirmation.
- Candidates should use the created online registration number and their date of birth in “ddmmyyyy” format as their passwords.
- There is a non-refundable online processing fee of 100/- plus any applicable service charges. Candidates from the SC/ST/PwBD/Women group are not required to pay the application fee.
ICF will not consider requests for a refund after the cost has been paid. - Applicants should double-check their application information for accuracy before submitting it.
