- Or BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institutes under the Ministry of Tourism, a B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science from Government-recognized universities affiliated withAICTE/UGC/Government of India or State Government.
- Or MBA (Tourism and Hotel Management) from Government-recognized universities affiliated with UGC/AICTE/Government of India or State Government.
