About Manipur BSEM  In 1972, the government formed the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur, which affiliates new schools for secondary education in the state. The board also promotes the quality of higher secondary education throughout Manipur. Additionally, it organizes HSE and SSLC exams every year in March/April and announces the results in May.
