Educational Qualification:
- Section Officer: A Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from any recognised Institute or University.
- Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with three years of experience as UDC or equivalent in Level 4
- Professional Assistant: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science with 2 years of experience in the particular field
- Private Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience in the particular field
- Lower Division Clerk: Bachelor’s Degree with good typing knowledge in English
- Multi-Tasking Staff: 10th or ITI Pass
- Statistical Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics
- Stenographer: Bachelor’s Degree with computer knowledge
- Semi Professional Assistant: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science
- Junior Library Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Library Attendant: 10+2 or its equivalent.
