The National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) in Bhubaneswar has released a notification announcing the National Entrance Screening Test (NEST 2023). Application Fee

  • Male candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories are required to pay a fee of Rs. 1200/-, while the fee for SC/ST/Divyangjan/Female candidates is Rs. 600/-. The payment can be made using Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking.

  • Starting Date for Apply Online: 27-02-2023
  • Last Date to Apply Online: 17-05-2023 (Mid Night)
  • Download of Admit Card begins: 12-06-2023
  • Date of NEST 2022 Examination: 24-06-2023
  • Announcement of results on NEST website: 10-07-2023

Age Limit

  • For admission to the Integrated MSc Programme of NISER/CEBS, candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories must have been born on or after August 01, 2003. However, the age limit is relaxed by five years for SC/ST/Divyangjan candidates.

Qualification

  • To be eligible, candidates should have cleared the class XII examination from a recognized board in India in either 2021 or 2022, or be currently appearing for the examination in 2023.
