Senior Project Finance Officer –
- Qualification : Candidates with at least 15 years of work experience in SCBs/Financial Institutions, out of which a minimum of 10 years of experience should be in handling Credit/ Project Finance. The candidate must have held the last post at SMG Scale V or above in PSBs / Grade D or above in Financial Institutions, with the last drawn gross salary equivalent to SMG Scale-V of IBA scale.
- Skills & Competencies : The candidate should have experience in appraisal and handling of credit/project proposals and monitoring, as well as expertise in project evaluation, financial modeling, and project assessment.
Project Finance Officer –
- Qualification : Candidates with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in SCBs/Financial Institutions, out of which at least 5 years of experience should be in handling Credit/ Project Finance. It is required that the applicant has previously served at the SMG Scale V level or higher in PSBs or Grade D or higher in Financial Institutions, with a gross salary equivalent to the SMG Scale-V of IBA scale being the last received salary.

NHB Recruitment 2023 : Age Limit
- Senior Project Finance Officer: The candidate applying for the Senior Project Finance Officer position must be at least 40 years of age and should not exceed the maximum age limit of 59 years.
- Project Finance Officer: For the Project Finance Officer position, the candidate must be at least 35 years of age and should not exceed the maximum age limit of 59 years.
NHB Recruitment 2023 : Selection Process
- Candidates applying for the positions of Senior Project Finance Officer and Project Finance Officer will be selected based on their performance in the shortlisting process and subsequent interview.
- If there are many eligible candidates, a preliminary screening by the Screening Committee will be conducted for shortlisting candidates to be called for the Interview.
- Selection will be based on educational qualifications, professional qualifications, post-qualification experience, and Interview performance.

- Senior Project Finance Officer: Fixed monthly compensation of Rs. 3.5 lakhs. Traveling and halting allowances will be provided as applicable to TEG Scale VI cadre (IBA Scale) in case of outstation duty.
