Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have at least passed the 10th and 12th grades in science and mathematics and possess an ITI-passed certificate in a related trade for Fitter, Machinist, and Electrician posts.
- For the Welder (Gas and Electric), candidates must have at least an 8th-grade pass with an ITI pass certificate in a related trade.
- For Electronic Mechanic and Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, candidates at least a 10th or 12th grade passed, and an ITI certificate in a related trade is required.
- For Pump operator, cum Mechanic, and instrument mechanic, candidates have at least a 10th and 12th in science with an ITI pass in related trade.
Age Limit:
- A minimum age limit for the General and EWS candidates is 14 while the maximum age is 24 years as on July 31, 2023.
- Candidates belonging to SC, and ST get an age relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit, while OBC gets 3 years.
- For PwBD candidates, General and EWS get an age relaxation of 10 years, while SC and ST get 15 years, and OBC gets 13 years of the upper age limit.
Physical Standard:
- Height: 137 cm
- Weight: 25.4 Kg
- The minimum chest expansion is 3.8 cm.
Selection Process:
- The selection of candidates will be based on the marks obtained in an ITI Course.
- If candidates have the same marks, preference will be given to the candidate who was born earlier.
Salary Details:
- Candidates who successfully complete a duration of one year in the ITI course will be able to get a monthly stipend of Rs. 7,700.
- On the other hand, candidates who have completed a duration of two years in the ITI course will be eligible for a monthly stipend of Rs. 8,855.
