- Assistant Manager (General): Master’s Degree in any discipline; Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university
- Assistant Manager (Risk Management): Master’s degree in Business Administration; minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Assistant Manager (Investment and Research): Full-time Master’s degree in Business Administration
- Manager (Risk Management): Full-time Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a specialization in Finance
- Manager (F&A): Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI
