Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university or institution, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. OPTCL Management Trainee Salary
Upon selection, candidates will receive a competitive pay package from the Corporation. A stipend of Rs. 50,000/- will be given during the training period. Upon successful completion of the one-year training period, selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Pay Matrix: Rs. 56,100- Rs. 1,77,500/- (Level EE-2), with initial basic pay of Rs. 56,100/-.
After the training period, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager (Electrical) at level EE-2 in the pay scale of Pay Matrix: Rs. 56,100- Rs. 1,77,500/-.
