Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates who have completed at least 12th grade from any recognized board or university are eligible to apply for this post.
Age Limit:
- Stenographer Grade-C: The minimum age limit for the candidates is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 30 years.
- Stenographer Grade-D: The minimum age limit for the candidates is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 27 years.
- The age relaxation is applicable for SC or ST candidates aged 5 years, for OBC candidates aged 3 years, and for PwBD general candidates aged 10 years.
- PwBD SC or ST candidates get 15 years of age relaxation, while OBC gets 13 years.
- For the general category central government civilian employees rendered not less than 3 years of regular and continued service as of the closing date of receiving applications, widows, divorced women, women judicially separated, and women who are not remarried under the SC or ST category will get up to 40 years of relaxation.
- Widows, Divorced Women, Women judicially separated, and women who are not remarried under general law will get up to 35 years of age relaxation.
- For SC or ST central government civilian employees who have rendered not less than 3 years of regular and continued service as of the closing date of receiving applications, they will get 45 years of age relaxation.

- After successfully appearing in the written examination and skill test, candidates have to verify their documents under the authority of the Staff Selection Commission.

Salary Details:
- The candidates selected for Stenographer Grade-C posts will get a Pay scale plus pre-revised Grade pay of Rs. 4200/- to Rs. 4600/-.
- The candidates selected for Stenographer Grade-D posts will get a Pay scale plus pre-revised Grade pay of Rs. 2400/-.
