INS Androth, the "most silent ship in the country," has been launched by Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE), an Indian shipbuilding company, for the Indian Navy.

This vessel is the first in a series of eight anti-submarine warfare shallow-watercraft to be handed over to the navy, and it will be utilized for patrolling, search and rescue operations, and other military purposes.

With the capacity to accommodate 50 crew members, INS Androth is fitted with cutting-edge communication systems, radars, and sonars to identify and trail enemy submarines. The ship's stealth design reduces its acoustic signature, making it difficult to detect underwater.
