The largest facility of its kind in India the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) Industry Academia Centre of Excellence (DIA-CoE) was inaugurated at the Indian Institute of Technology-Hyderabad.
DRDO Chairman, Dr Samir V Kamat presided over the opening ceremony at the IIT-Hyderabad campus in Telangana. He emphasized that the center would undertake forward-looking projects for DRDO's long-term research requirements.
