1)Droupadi Murmu, the President of India, sanctioned a total of 412 Gallantry awards and other Defence decorations to Armed Forces personnel and others. Among these awards are six Kirti Chakras, including four awarded posthumously, and 15 Shaurya Chakras, including two posthumous awardees. Additionally, the honours include one Bar to Sena Medal (Gallantry), 92 Sena Medals, of which four were awarded posthumously, one Nao Sena Medal (Gallantry), seven Vayu Sena Medals (Gallantry), and 29 Param Vishisht Seva Medals.
2)Furthermore, the President has granted the President’s Tatrakshak Medal and Tatrakshak Medal to personnel from the Indian Coast Guard who have demonstrated outstanding bravery, remarkable dedication to duty, and commendable service.
