To commemorate the 132nd birth anniversary of the famed Indian Constitution architect, BR Ambedkar, the Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrasekhar Rao, disclosed a 125-foot bronze statue in Hyderabad.
The unveiling ceremony was a grand occasion, with preparations made to accommodate over 35,000 attendees from all 119 constituencies.
Furthermore, nearly 750 state-run Road Transport Corporation buses were arranged to facilitate public transportation to the event. This statue in Hyderabad has now become the tallest statue of Ambedkar in India.
