Alkesh Kumar Sharma, Secretary of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), inaugurated the G20 Cyber Security Exercise and Drill during India's G20 presidency.
The Cyber Security Exercise and Drill, which had over 400 national and international participants, was conducted in a hybrid mode (combining physical and virtual participation). Domestic participants from various sectors, including Finance, Education, Telecom, Ports and Shipping, Energy, IT/ITeS, and others, attended the event in-person and virtually, while international participants from over 12 countries participated online through Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In).
