The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has launched a chatbot named "Aadhaar Mitra" to assist people with their Aadhaar card-related queries.
This chatbot, which is powered by Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), is capable of answering questions about Aadhaar enrolment numbers, PVC card order statuses, and complaint statuses, among other things, in both English and Hindi.
Following each response from the Aadhaar Chatbot, there is a thumbs up or thumbs down icon below each chat response. Additionally, at the end of the session, users can rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 5 by providing a star rating after closing the window.
