MECL Executive Post Qualification
- Geologist: M.Sc / M.Tech. / M.Sc.Tech. or equivalent
- Assistant Manager: M.Sc., M.Tech., or equivalent
- Geophysicist: M.Sc., M.Tech., or equivalent
- Chemist: M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- Programmer: B.Tech. or B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Accounts Officer: CA/ICWA or 2 years of full-time study in MBA or PGDM in Finance Management.
- Manager: M.Sc., M.Tech., or equivalent
- Electrical Engineer: B.Tech. or B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- Deputy General Manager (DGM): CA/ICWA or full-time, 2-year course of MBA or PGDM in Finance Management.
- Procurement and Contract Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- HR Officer: 2 years full-time course in PG Degree or Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, and Industrial Relations
MECL Non-Executive Post Qualification
- Technician: 10th or With ITI in Survey or Draftsmanship (Civil)
- Assistant: Graduate in B.Com. and computer (Hindi or English) typing knowledge
- Accountant: Graduate or postgraduate (PG) with an intermediate pass in CA or ICWA.
- Electrician: 10th with ITI (Electrical) and a valid wireman certificate.
- Hindi Translator: Post Graduate(PG) in Hindi and Hindi and English are subject at graduate level.
Age Limit:
- Deputy General Manager (DGM): 50 Years
- Manager: 45 Years
- Assistant Manager: 40 Years
