Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates for the Resource Person post should have at least a 10th-grade pass. There is no upper limit on education in case a 10th-pass candidate is not available. A candidate with a minimum 8th-grade pass will consider for selection.
Age Limit:
- The minimum age limit for the candidate must be at least 18 years old, and the maximum age should not exceed 50 years to be considered for the position as on August 29, 2023.
Selection Process:
- The selection process is based on scrutiny and application; candidates with the prescribed qualifications and documents will be called for an interview. However, the selected resource persons have to attend four days of residential training.
