The AFC Executive Committee has officially announced that the Qatar Football Association (QFA) will serve as the host for the AFC Asian Cup 2023. The 11th meeting of the AFC Executive Committee was presided over by AFC President Shaikh Bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa.
During the meeting, he extended his congratulations to the QFA for their successful bid, and expressed the Asian Football Family's gratitude to the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) and the Korea Football Association (KFA) for their proposals.
