India's first Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics (AVGC) Center of Excellence (CoE) has been launched by which state government?

1)The government of Karnataka has inaugurated Asia's largest Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics (AVGC) Center of Excellence (CoE) in Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, making it the first of its kind in India.

2)The AVGC CoE is a high-tech digital media hub established under the Innovate Karnataka initiative, and it has been financed by the Department of Electronics Information Technology Biotechnology and Science & Technology. Karnataka has become the first state in India to launch an AVGC CoE.

3)The AVGC Center of Excellence (CoE) in Karnataka also includes a finishing school that provides specialized courses on cutting-edge technologies like virtual reality, digital compression, photogrammetry, gamification in education, real-time virtual production, and other emerging technologies.
