Answer- D
Thirteen countries, including Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Armenia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Oman, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkey, and Ukraine, have ratified the agreement for the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC).
The legal structure for the INSTC is based on a trilateral agreement signed by India, Iran, and Russia at the Euro-Asian Conference on Transport in 2000.
Since then, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Oman, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Syria have signed accession agreements to become members of the INSTC.
