AIESL Recruitment 2023 : Selection Process
A duly constituted Selection Committee will interview eligible candidates to assess their suitability for the Trainee Engineer position and placement in various engineering divisions.
- If selected, candidates will be designated as Trainee Engineer-SS in the existing pay scale with protection of their present pay.
- They will undergo on-job training and, upon successful completion of the one-year training period, will be inducted as Asst. Engineer-SS in the applicable pay scale.
- The pay of the selected Asst. Engineer-SS candidates will be protected if their present pay is higher than the entry-level pay of Asst. Engineer-SS.
Upon acquiring the requisite qualification and being absorbed in the respective cadre, the company will retain candidates in the parent vertical (AIESL/AIX/AASL) and continue with the same type of employment arrangement (Permanent/Fixed Term). The company may post the candidates anywhere in India as per its requirement upon selection.
