According to the State Energy Efficiency Index (SEEI) report for 2021-22, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Rajasthan, and Telangana have emerged as the leading states in terms of energy efficiency.
These states have scored over 60 points on multiple parameters used to assess energy efficiency initiatives at the state level. The report was launched by the Union Power Minister, R K Singh.
