He has previously held various positions such as Chief Controller of Accounts in the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs and the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, as well as Controller/Deputy Controller of Accounts in the Ministry of Environment & Forest, Ministry of External Affairs, Department of Revenue, Department of Supply, etc.

His responsibilities included budgeting, accounting, payment, internal audit, etc. Additionally, he has also served as the Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer in Bank Note Press, Dewas.
