The 5th Jan Aushadhi Diwas 2023, under the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP), is being celebrated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) in partnership with the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI), and States and Union Territories.
The Department of Pharmaceuticals has designed various events in different cities, commencing from 1st March 2023 and concluding on 7th March 2023.
The objective of these events is to promote awareness about the Jan Aushadhi Scheme.
The theme of the 5th Jan Aushadhi Diwas, which will be celebrated across India, is "Jan Aushadhi - Sasti bhi Acchi bhi".
